About Hooked Wireless, Inc.
Hooked Wireless, Inc. was founded in September, 2004 by Mike Bruno and John Airey, two well-known industry figures in computer graphics, consumer electronics, gaming and entertainment. Its core mission since inception has been the development of visual computing applications for embedded devices.
Hooked owns the intellectual property for the Stem Connect consumer WiFi platform developed by Hooked (pictured at right). The platform includes the camera design, hardware, firmware, cloud system (account services, content upload/storage, camera state management and control), and iOS and Android mobile apps.
Hooked's other products include the Hooked Media Player, a compact, hardware-accelerated UI_development system for mobile devices, a VG-on-ES implementation, and an authoring and playback system for 3D user-interfaces.
